1 临床资料 本组共50例,男性41例,女性9例,平均年龄41.6岁(4～73岁)。所有病例的诊断均符合1990年(上海)第六次全国病毒性肝炎学术会议修订的诊断标准。其中慢性迁延性肝炎11例。慢性活动性肝炎17例,肝炎后肝硬化22例。其中部分病例经肝穿活检证实。 检测健康献血员20例作为正常对照组。
A clinical data of 50 patients in this group, 41 males and 9 females, mean age 41.6 years (4 to 73 years old). All the cases were diagnosed in line with the 1990 (Shanghai) Sixth National Viral Hepatitis Conference revised diagnostic criteria. Including chronic persistent hepatitis in 11 cases. 17 cases of chronic active hepatitis and 22 cases of posthepatitic cirrhosis. Some cases confirmed by liver biopsy. Twenty healthy blood donors were tested as normal control group.
