目的比较中西药治疗口腔扁平苔癣(OLP)临床疗效。方法将61例OLP患者随机分为中药治疗组和西药治疗组,观察比较两组的疗效。结果中药治疗组总有效率为90.32%,明显高于服用西药治疗组,中药治疗组的不良反应率明显低于西药治疗组,两者之间的疗效和不良反应率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药辨证分型治疗OLP的作用是肯定的,且不良反应小,值得临床推广。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods 61 OLP patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group. The curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment group was 90.32%, which was significantly higher than that of Western medicine treatment group. The adverse reaction rate of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than that of Western medicine treatment group. There was significant difference between the two in curative effect and adverse reaction rate (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of OLP is affirmative and the adverse reaction is small, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
