随着经济全球化趋势的深入发展,科技进步日新月异,我国经济结构调整不断加快,高技能人才从数量和质量等方面远不能满足社会发展需求,这对以培养高技能人才为主的高职院校来说是既是机遇又是挑战。高职院校应进一步突破办学瓶颈,完善能力为本的高技能人才培养模式,建立高技能人才跟踪培养机制和激励机制,培养适应技术更新和产业需求的高素质、高技能人才。
