从事童书出版近20年,我一直希望自己尽心策划、编辑出版的童书能在孩子的童年里成为他们的好伙伴,这也是我追求的人生价值。当我听到家长和老师告诉我,“贝贝熊”“亚瑟小子”是多么受孩子喜爱时,我感到幸福极了。数字时代给传统出版带来非常大的压力,但是童书每年的销量还在以百分比两位数的速度在增长,这也侧面反映了成人对孩子阅读的重视。目前,中国有500多家出版社涉足童书出版领域,面对激烈的竞争和庞大的市场,我们必须思考:
