跨文化管理研究自20世纪60年代兴起到现在已有几十年的发展。随着经济全球化的进程加快,企业跨国经营和管理引发跨文化问题日渐成为管理和文化领域的焦点问题;而国家和民族文化差异如何应对全球化的冲击则是其未来发展的关键。本文通过对各时期跨文化管理研究的代表人物主要研究成果的阐述,回顾了跨文化管理研究发展的基点,指出了全球化背景下跨文化管理的成功所在在于对文化差异的关注。
Research on cross-cultural management has been developing for decades since its rise in the 1960s. As the process of economic globalization accelerates, cross-cultural issues caused by cross-border operations and management of companies are increasingly becoming the focus of management and culture; and how national and ethnic cultural differences respond to the impact of globalization is the key to its future development. This article elaborates on the main research results of representatives of cross-cultural management research in each period, reviews the basic points of cross-cultural management research and development, and points out that the success of cross-cultural management in the context of globalization lies in the attention to cultural differences.
