应用免疫组织化学方法,研究105例乳腺癌手术标本中bcl-2基因的表达情况,探讨其临床病理学意义。同时进行雌二醇测定,研究其与bcl-2基因的关系。结果显示;乳腺癌中bcl-2基因的表达率为48.6%,bcl-2表达与乳腺癌临床病理分期及肿瘤大小呈负相关(P分别<O.005、0.05),而与肿瘤细胞分化程度呈正相关(P<O.05)。bcl-2阳性患者术后3年、5年生存率明显高于阴性组(P<0.05)。此外,bcl-2基因表达与雌二醇密切正相关(P<O.001)。我们认为,bcl-2基因在乳腺癌中的表达与激素调节有关,并参与乳腺癌生物学行为的调控。
Immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of bcl-2 gene in 105 breast cancer surgical specimens and explore its clinical pathological significance. Estradiol was measured at the same time to study its relationship with bcl-2 gene. The results showed that the expression rate of bcl-2 gene in breast cancer was 48.6%. The expression of bcl-2 was negatively correlated with clinical stage and tumor size of breast cancer (P<0.05). The degree of differentiation of tumor cells was positively correlated (P < 0.05). The 3-year and 5-year survival rates of bcl-2 positive patients were significantly higher than those of negative patients (P<0.05). In addition, bcl-2 gene expression was positively correlated with estradiol (P < O.001). We believe that the expression of bcl-2 gene in breast cancer is related to hormone regulation and involved in the regulation of biological behavior of breast cancer.
