Adenosine triphosphate (ATP), as a direct source of energy, plays a key role in the complex cellular functions and metabolic activities of cells. Body in hemorrhagic shock or acute hypoxia in organs, mitochondrial oxidative capacity metabolic disorders, intracellular available ATP rapidly consumed. ATP depletion is closely related to the development of cell dysfunction, and more importantly, there is a significant correlation between the recovery of cellular ATP levels and the recovery of organ function and the mortality rate of experimental animals after the oxygen flow is restored or restored. The survival of animals is likely to make the cells ATP restored to near normal levels, the clinical observation of patients also found a similar phenomenon.
