目的:为研究膳食对营养及健康的影响。方法:以成都龙泉驿区54对在当地居住二十年以上,年龄在50~69岁的农村老年夫妇为对象,用24小时膳食询问法进行膳食调查,同时进行体格检查,血压测定。结果:该调查人群膳食热能供给充足,蛋白质供给处于全国中等水平,钙摄入不足,食盐及油脂摄入过高;健康问题为高血压患病率高于全国同等状况平均水平。结论:高血压患病可能与当地脂肪摄入过多及喜食咸菜等高盐食物有关
Purpose: To study the impact of diet on nutrition and health. Methods: A total of 54 pairs of elderly couples living in rural areas in the Longquanyi district of Chengdu for more than 20 years and aged 50-69 were enrolled in a 24-hour dietary interrogation dietary survey. Physical examination and blood pressure were also performed. Results: The dietary energy of the survey population was sufficient, the protein supply was at the medium level in the country, the intake of calcium was insufficient, and the intake of salt and oil was too high.
