茚丙胺(Aprindine)是一种具较强局部麻醉作用和抗心律失常作用的药物,国外1973年已报道能纠正心律失常。我院自1979年9月开始应用上海第一医学院红旗药厂合成的茚丙胺,本文总结治疗心律失常40例的经过。
Aprindine is a drug with a strong local anesthetic effect and anti-arrhythmic effect. It has been reported abroad in 1973 to correct arrhythmia. Our hospital since 1979 September Shanghai First Medical College, Hongqi pharmaceutical synthesis of indene propylamine, this article summarizes the treatment of 40 cases of arrhythmia.
