肝外伤是腹部外科中死亡率较高的脏器伤,需及时、正确的诊断和处理.我院自1996年1月至2009年3月共收治肝外伤患者112例,其中男98例,女14例, 年龄8～64岁,平均36.5岁.伤后至入院时间1～6 h,平均4.5 h.损伤原因: 交通事故79例,坠落伤14例,钝击伤8例,刀刺伤10例,枪击伤1例.
