江苏省通信管理局召集南京地铁公司和江苏电信、江苏移动、江苏联通三家电信运营企业,举行南京地铁三号线、十号线公用通信网建设签约仪式。本次协议的核心内容是由三家电信运营企业联合建设并共同维护地铁内公用通信网络,共同分摊地铁公司提供的机房等空间资源的租赁费用,充分体现了“让专业的队伍做专业的事”的理念,成为江苏省电信基础设施建设共建共享、解决地铁内移动通信覆盖的成功范例。南京地铁通信基础设施的建设推进工作经历了以下三个阶段。第一阶段是在2005年以前,南京地铁公司就一号线公用通信网的建设
