急性白血病（AL）早期骨髓中巨核细胞减少或缺如是众所周知的基本特点。但近年来AL早期目核细胞不减少或增多的报告日渐增多。现就我院1988～1993年88例AL患者骨髓巨核细胞数及形态变化观察结果报道如下。资料和方法一、88例AL均为住院患者，均经骨髓穿刺涂片及组化染色确诊。?
The reduction or absence of megakaryocytes in the early bone marrow of acute leukemia (AL) is a well-known and essential feature. However, in recent years, there is an increasing number of AL cells that do not reduce or increase in early stage. Now on our hospital from 1988 to 1993, 88 cases of AL patients with bone marrow megakaryocytes and morphological changes were reported as follows.
