做好班主任工作,必须根据学生不同性格特征,采取切合实际的教育方法,才能收到较好的效果。下面仅就这个问题,谈几点认识。所谓性格,是一个人独特的、稳定的个性特征,它表明一个对现实的态度。因此,要针对学不同性格,对症下药,采取切合实际的教育方法。经过观察了解和摸底测验,将学生的性格划分为四种类型。针对性格特征,采取易于接受的教育方法,对学生进行思想教育。
To do class teacher work, we must adopt realistic educational methods according to their different personality traits in order to receive good results. The following is only on this issue, to talk about some understanding. The so-called personality, is a unique, stable personality traits, it shows a attitude toward reality. Therefore, to learn different personality, the right medicine, to adopt a realistic approach to education. After observing and understanding test, the students’ character is divided into four types. For personality traits, adopt easy-to-accept methods of education and conduct ideological education for students.
