外高桥挖入式港池规划前期论证的关键内容之一是其进口航道航行条件的评估。交通部上海船舶运输科学研究所接受委托,对规划船型的操纵运动方程进行了仔细研究。对规划船型的典型——“冰河”轮作了水动力测定;利用实船试验资料对操纵运动的数学模型进行科学率定;使用本所研制的船舶操纵模拟器对规划拟定的两个港池——外高桥嘴挖入式港池和五号沟挖入式港池的进口航道航行条件进行了比较深入的试验研究。最后,给出了两个港池安全进口的必要条件,为规划部门选定提供了科学依据。
One of the key contents of the demonstration of Waigaoqiao digging basin planning in the early stage is the assessment of navigation conditions of its imported waterway. Commissioned by the Shanghai Institute of Shipbuilding Science and Technology of the Ministry of Communications, the manipulative equation of motion of the planned ship type has been carefully studied. Hydrodynamic determination of the typical “Glacier” ship is carried out; the mathematical model of maneuvering movement is scientifically calibrated by using the experimental data of the actual ship; the ship maneuver simulator developed by the institute is used to calculate the hydrodynamics of the two harbor basins planned by the planning - - Waigaoqiao mouth dug into the pool and the fifth groove dug into the harbor channel navigation conditions conducted a more in-depth experimental study. Finally, the necessary conditions for the safe harbor import of the two basins are given, which provides a scientific basis for the selection of planning departments.
