Objective: To investigate the value of thoracoscopic assisted small incision in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and its effect on C-reactive protein. Methods: A total of 100 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2015, and their clinical history were studied. Patients were divided into two groups according to the operation method they accepted: experimental group and control group. In the experimental group (n = 51), patients underwent laparoscopic-assisted mini-incision and in the control group (n = 49) patients were treated with conventional posterolateral incision. The two groups of patients before and after treatment of the indicators of the situation, evaluate the therapeutic effect, and compare the two groups of patients with C-reactive protein changes. Results: (1) The index of intraoperative and postoperative indexes in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group. (2) There was no significant difference between the two groups in pain score and quality of life score before surgery. However, in the experimental group, (3) The incidence of various complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group; (4) Before the operation, there was no significant difference in the level of C-reactive protein in the two groups. On the 1st day after the operation, 2 days and 3 days, the experimental group patients with C-reactive protein index values were lower than the control group; Conclusions: Thoracoscopic assisted small incision in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, safe and effective, may be related to reducing the degree of stress in the body.
