对敏捷制造模式下车间控制系统的功能进行了分析，它除了具有常规的功能外，还具有实现单元动态重构、通过网络对外交流和对外合作功能；建立了车间控制系统功能模型；对多代理机系统用于车间控制系统进行了可行性分析，提出了基于多代理机的车间控制结构模型，该结构模型具有模块性、智能性、鲁棒性、动态性和柔性等特性，满足敏捷制造对车间控制系统的要求，能够快速适应制造环境的变化．
The function of shop floor control system in agile manufacturing mode is analyzed. In addition to its regular functions, it also has the functions of unit dynamic reconfiguration, foreign exchange and cooperation with foreign countries through network; the function model of shop floor control system is established; Machine system is applied to the workshop control system, and a workshop control structure model based on multi-agent is proposed. The structure model is modular, intelligent, robust, dynamic and flexible to meet the requirements of agile manufacturing Workshop control system requirements, to quickly adapt to changes in the manufacturing environment.
