目的了解常熟市各级医疗机构的消毒与灭菌效果情况,以便加强医院的消毒管理,提高消毒质量。方法采用现场采样和检测方法,对2011~2015年常熟市医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果进行检测。结果 2011~2015年共检测样品5 721份,合格的5 048份,合格率为88.24%。各年的合格率分别为86.45%、87.68%、89.68%、88.22%和89.64%(P>0.05)。市级、乡镇和私立医院合格率分别为92.28%、86.22%和88.44%(P<0.01)。结论常熟市医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果总体较好。
Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions at all levels in Changshu City in order to strengthen the hospital’s disinfection management and improve the quality of disinfection. Methods The field sampling and testing methods were used to test the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions in Changshu from 2011 to 2015. Results From 2011 to 2015, a total of 5 721 samples were tested, 5 048 samples were passed, with a pass rate of 88.24%. The passing rates of each year were 86.45%, 87.68%, 89.68%, 88.22% and 89.64%, respectively (P> 0.05). The pass rates of municipal, township and private hospitals were 92.28%, 86.22% and 88.44%, respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion The disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions in Changshu are generally good.
