目的探讨优质护理对肺结核患者服药依从性的影响。方法选择我院在2015年6月至2016年6月间收治的70例肺结核患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对对照组采用常规护理,对观察组采用优质护理,对比两种护理方法对患者服药依从性的影响。结果观察组的完全依从、部分依从及不依从的患者比例分别为40%、57.14%、2.86%,对照组的完全依从、部分依从及不依从的患者比例分别为22.86%、48.57%、28.57%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核患者实施优质护理,可提高服药依从性,效果显著,值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on medication adherence in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Seventy patients with tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 35 cases each. The control group using routine care, the observation group using high-quality care, compared with two kinds of nursing care on the compliance of patients. Results The percentages of complete compliance, partial compliance and non-compliance in the observation group were 40%, 57.14%, and 2.86%, respectively. The proportions of complete compliance, partial compliance and non-compliance in the control group were 22.86%, 48.57%, 28.57% , The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality care for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can improve medication compliance, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting and application.
