TMB-4[1,1′-三次甲基-双-(4-甲醛肟吡啶溴化物)]为较新的一种有机磷农药解毒剂,一般制成水溶液作注射用,但其水溶液如酸碱度调节失当,卽可产生分解作用。本文目的是用化学动力学的方法研究其水溶液的稳定性,分别在45°、57°、87°的恆温条件及pH 0.4—12的缓冲溶液中用动力学方法探索其分解速度。研究结果初步表明:当温度、pH一定时,TMB-4的分解反应属一级反应,溶液在87°、57°时最稳定的pH为4左右。
TMB-4 [1,1’-Trimethyl-bis- (4-carbaldehyde oxime pyridinium bromide)] is a newer organophosphorus pesticide antidote and is generally formulated as an aqueous solution for injection, but its aqueous solution such as pH Improper adjustment, 卽 can produce decomposition. The purpose of this paper is to study the stability of its aqueous solution by using the method of chemical kinetics. The decomposition speed of the aqueous solution is explored by kinetic method under constant temperature of 45 °, 57 °, 87 ° and buffer solution of pH 0.4-12 respectively. The preliminary results show that when the temperature and pH are constant, the decomposition reaction of TMB-4 is a first-order reaction and the most stable pH is about 4 at 87 ° and 57 °.
