教师教育的最高境界是:教是为了不教。要达到这种境界就要想办法发挥学生的主体作用,增强学生的学习自主性,让学生学会自学,摆脱教学中的强迫教学,使学生乐于学习,教师乐于教育。 The highest level of teacher education is: to teach is not to teach.
