教师教育的最高境界是:教是为了不教。要达到这种境界就要想办法发挥学生的主体作用,增强学生的学习自主性,让学生学会自学,摆脱教学中的强迫教学,使学生乐于学习,教师乐于教育。
The highest level of teacher education is: to teach is not to teach. To achieve this state, we must find ways to play the main role of the students and enhance students’ autonomy in learning so that students learn to teach themselves, get rid of the teaching of compulsive teaching, make students happy to learn, teachers willing to educate.
