采用半导体激光抽运单纵模激光器作为主振荡器、三级氙灯抽运的Nd∶YAG放大器及受激布里渊散射(SBS)位相共轭镜组成双通放大MOPA系统 ,并采用像传递、热退偏补偿及消除激光器自激等关键技术 ,完成了一套高重复频率大能量单纵模激光器。在频率为 4 0Hz时 ,获得输出能量 >4 5 0mJ,能量输出稳定性为 3 5 %(RMS) ,脉冲宽度约 8ns,光束质量为近衍射极限 (<1 3衍射极限 )的实验结果
A semi-conductor laser pumping single-longitudinal-mode laser is used as a main oscillator, a three-stage xenon lamp pumped Nd:YAG amplifier and a stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) phase conjugate mirror are combined to form a two-way amplification MOPA system. Depolarization compensation and eliminate the laser self-excited key technology, completed a set of high repetition frequency high energy single longitudinal mode laser. At 40 Hz, experimental results were obtained with output energy> 450 mJ, energy output stability of 35% (RMS), pulse width of about 8 ns and beam quality near the diffraction limit (<1 3 diffraction limit)
