In the United States, native-born daughter was in second grade, her daughter went to school and never heard of any class cadres. The first year before school, the teacher assigned tasks to the classmates: some are the doorman, that is, the children lined up into the classroom, the door open, and then shut down after the class; some are the leader, walk in the first, to guide the class into classroom. One can imagine, the children want to be team leader, do not want to be the doorman. However, these roles have always been everyone’s turn, absolutely equal. The purpose is to educate children, everyone should give everyone service, others should do their duty. This is probably the first step in developing a collective spirit.
