4月10日,日本政府正式决定推出应对经济严重衰退的“新经济刺激计划”。作为其财源支持的2009财年补充预算财政支出约为15.4万亿日元(约合1540亿美元),项目规模总额约达56.8万亿日元。
On April 10, the Japanese government officially decided to launch a “new economic stimulus plan” to deal with a serious economic downturn. The FY 2009 supplementary budget as a source of its revenue supports fiscal expenditures of about 15.4 trillion yen (about $ 154 billion) and the total project size is about 56.8 trillion yen.
