目的 :研究结核分支杆菌耐药性与质粒的关系。方法 :对 1 1株耐药结核分支杆菌采用经典的碱裂解法提取质粒。结果 :1 1株结核分支杆菌均未提取出质粒。结论 :迄今为止国内外均未提取出结核分支杆菌质粒 ,在此对结核分支杆菌是否具有质粒、质粒类型及耐药性机理进行讨论
Objective: To study the relationship between drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and plasmid. Methods: Plasmids were extracted by classical alkaline lysis method from 11 strains of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Results: None of the 11 strains of M. tuberculosis plasmid was extracted. Conclusion: To date, no M. tuberculosis plasmids have been extracted at home and abroad, and the mechanism of plasmid, plasmid type and drug resistance of M. tuberculosis is discussed here
