目的:监测河北省城市蜚蠊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性。方法:采用WHO推荐的测定德国小蠊对杀虫剂敏感性的标准方法。结果:德国小蠊对5种常用杀虫剂的KT50值范围为17.71~53.27min,R/S值范围为1.96~9.96。结论:本省城市蜚蠊对常用的5种杀虫剂都已程度不同地产生了抗药性,溴氰菊酯对德国小蠊的KT50值和R/S值最低,残杀威R/S值次之,在药物灭蟑工作中可考虑选用。
Objective: To monitor the resistance of cockroaches to five commonly used insecticides in Hebei Province. Methods: The WHO recommended standard method for the determination of Blattella germanica insecticide sensitivity. Results: KT50 values of German cockroach for five commonly used insecticides ranged from 17.71 to 53.27 min with R / S values ranging from 1.96 to 9.96. Conclusion: Cockroaches in urban areas of this province all developed resistance to commonly used five insecticides. Deltamethrin had the lowest KT50 value and R / S value to German cockroach and the lowest R / S value , In the drug cockroach work can be considered selection.
