近年来,中国服务外包产业飞速发展,创造了一个个增长奇迹。2014年1月至5月,我国共签订服务外包合同65248份,合同金额400亿美元,同比增长43.5%;执行金额272.7亿美元,同比增长37.1%。然而,在亮丽的数据背后,中国服务外包产业还面临着一系列挑战,诸如高素质人才匮乏、新老对手的竞争等。更为重要的是,随着大数据、云计算、移动互联等新技术的创新和应用,全球服务外包业已经进入“3.0时代”。在这个时代,服务外包产业在促进中国经济转型升级的同时,也面临自身产业的涅重生。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s service outsourcing industry has created miracles of growth. From January to May 2014, China signed a total of 65,248 contracts for service outsourcing with a contractual value of 40 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 43.5% over the same period of last year and an implementation amount of 27.27 billion U.S. dollars, up 37.1% over the same period of last year. However, behind the bright data, China’s service outsourcing industry still faces a series of challenges, such as the lack of qualified high-quality personnel and the competition between new and old competitors. More importantly, with the innovation and application of new technologies such as big data, cloud computing and mobile internet, the global service outsourcing industry has entered the “3.0 era.” In this era, the service outsourcing industry is facing the rebirth of its own industries while promoting the economic restructuring and upgrading of China.
