用氚标记异丁基哌嗪力复霉素研究了其在大鼠体内的吸收、分布和排泄。根据血浆中放射性物质浓度的下降和尿中放射性物质排泄速率,分别计算得半衰期为31小时和25小时。实验表明,该药在肠胃道吸收缓慢,最高血浆放射性物质浓度在给药后8小时出现。该药广泛分布于体内各组织,除脑外,组织浓度均高于血浆浓度。药物排泄主要通过胆汁由粪排泄,给药后6天内,尿中排泄的放射性物质占给药量的10%以下。
Absorption, distribution and excretion of isoflurane in tritium labeled isobutyramide were studied. The half-life was calculated as 31 hours and 25 hours, respectively, based on the decrease in plasma concentrations of radioactive material and the rate of excretion of radioactive material in the urine. Experiments show that the drug is absorbed slowly in the gastrointestinal tract, the highest plasma radioactive concentrations appear 8 hours after administration. The drug is widely distributed in the body of various tissues, except the brain, tissue concentrations were higher than the plasma concentration. Drug excretion is excreted predominantly by bile, and within 6 days after administration, radioactive substances excreted in the urine account for less than 10% of the administered dose.
