波浪腹板变截面压弯构件用做边柱铰接的门式轻钢结构中,主要承担弯矩、剪力与轴力。该文基于现行《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构规程》CECS102:2002中的相关公式,建立了波浪腹板变截面压弯构件平面内稳定承载力与平面外稳定承载力的设计公式。进行了大量的有限元数值计算,其中通过变化构件的几何设计参数并考虑了各种缺陷(几何初始缺陷与残余应力)的影响,验证了所建立的设计公式的可靠性。进行了两根变截面波浪腹板构件的压弯稳定承载性能的试验研究,考察了其失稳机理及稳定承载力,并与有限元数值分析结果吻合较好。
The corrugated webs with variable cross-section are used as portal light steel structures with side columns hinged to bear the bending moment, shear force and axial force. Based on the related formula of CECS102: 2002, the existing code for steel structure of portal frame light-weight house, the design formula of in-plane stable bearing capacity and out-of-plane stable bearing capacity of the buckling web with variable cross section is established. A large number of finite element numerical calculations are carried out. The reliability of the established design formula is verified by varying the geometric design parameters of the component and taking into account the effects of various defects (geometric initial defects and residual stresses). The experimental study of two buckling webs with variable cross section is carried out. The instability mechanism and the stability of the two webs are investigated. The results agree well with the numerical results of finite element analysis.
