目前,长江水利委员会在大地地形测量工作方面的任务是:要在相当大的面积上完成1:10000—1:25000比例尺的地形测量工作。同时,于最短期间内还要在地形测量方面完成长江流域的研究,因此要求全部地形及大地测量人员,应在采用科学、技术上的新成就,和推广先进经验、改善劳动条件、以及改进操作方法、提高工作质量等的基础上,不断地有步骤地提高劳动生产率。本文将简要地谈一谈苏联对地形测量工作的一些新的要求。
