1983年我厂开始试制生产与日本P103同类型的立式长轴泵。日本长轴泵中的橡胶轴瓦是压制成形的,故定位精度高、内圆公差小(仅0.25mm)、表面光洁、美观、耐磨性和防老化性能好。而国内采用的橡胶轴瓦都要经过机械加工后才能达到精度要求,这就必然会影响橡胶轴瓦的耐磨性和使用寿命。我们在无资料情况下,经过反复试验,成功地解决了橡胶轴瓦的压制成形。橡胶轴瓦材料的选择由于立式长轴泵在污水中工作,因此橡胶轴瓦应具有如下的物理性能: (1)橡胶制品在+50℃~-10℃温度内性能正常;(2)整个制品机械性能和化学性能应一致;(3)制品硬度在75~80邵尔,偏差不大于1.5~2邵尔;(4)
In 1983, our factory began trial production of vertical long axis pump of the same type with Japan P103.
