职业性慢性正己烷中毒是近年来我国新出现的职业中毒 ,临床上主要以周围神经损害为主。一些国外文献提及慢性正己烷中毒患者中毒早期即可出现辨色力和视力的障碍 ,以及眼损害如黄斑病变、视野缩小、视神经萎缩、球后视神经炎等 ,并可存在较长一段时间[1 4 ] ,国内未见有关报道?
Occupational chronic n-hexane poisoning is a new occupational poisoning in China in recent years, the main clinical mainly peripheral nerve damage. Some foreign literature mentions that patients with chronic n-hexane poisoning may suffer from disorders of color vision and visual acuity early in their poisoning, as well as eye damage such as macular degeneration, narrowing of the visual field, optic atrophy, retrobulbar optic neuritis, and the like, and may exist for a long period of time [ 1 4], no relevant reports in China?
