潜孔钻钻具是潜孔钻主要的工作机构,是穿孔作业的关键部分,其性能好坏,直接影响穿孔效率和生产能力.它由冲击器、钻杆、回转减速机和回转电机等几部分组成.由于工作环境恶劣,钻孔条件复杂,因此,使用中回转减速机接头、钻杆插头插座和回转电机轴扭断是频繁出现的故障.这些问题,对生产影响大,配件消耗量也大.产生这些故障的主要原因一是负荷变化人;二是结构不合理.接头(插头)键长45毫米,宽25毫米,接触面积和截面面小,容易磨损或从根部折断.接头与键是一整体零件,在键磨损或折断报废时,整个接头报废,浪费大.回转电机轴轴颈直径较小,强度低,在交变负荷下,容易扭断,造成整个电机报废.经过几年的生产实践,我们对上述3个零部件进行了改进,使回转机构整体性能改善,寿命提高,大大减少了检修、更换配件时间,故障率降低,提高了生产能力,取得明显的经济效益,年可节约费用在5万元左右.
