目的:建立HPLC同时测定青银注射液中8种活性成分(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C及蒿酮)含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:AkzoNobel Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;分段变波长测定;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL·min-1。结果:8种成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,平均加样回收率为97.8%~99.2%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于青银注射液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of eight active ingredients (chlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptocholic acid, caffeic acid, isocrochloric acid B, isocrochloric acid A, isocrochloric acid C and Artemisia ketone) content of the method. Method: Column: AkzoNobel Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution, gradient elution; min-1. Results: The linear relationship between the eight components was good. The RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability were all less than 3%. The average recoveries were 97.8% -99.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Qingyin injection.
