我院自1989年2月至1994年7月开展开放式全泪道环形置管术205例230眼,效果满意.现将手术并发症及其处理报告如下.临床资料1.一般资料,本组病例中男72例76眼,女133例154眼.180例为单眼,25例为双眼.年龄4～75岁,平均38岁.慢性泪囊炎90例102眼,外伤致下泪小管离断20例20眼(其中新鲜离断5例5眼,陈旧性离断15例15眼),上泪道阻塞50例61眼,全泪道阻塞25例27眼,急性泪囊炎20例20眼,伤后及病后就诊时间数小时至20年,平均5年.
