文章以一个小型吸波箱为研究对象,采用TD软件对吸波箱的温度与其内部放置的天线表面热流均匀性之间的关系进行了仿真分析,依据仿真结果设计吸波箱的控温回路和控温策略,最后通过模拟试验对吸波箱的控温效果进行验证。试验证明通过对吸波箱进行合理控温能够将天线表面热流的不均匀度控制在5%以内。
Taking a small suction box as the research object, this paper uses TD software to simulate the relationship between the temperature of the suction box and the heat flow uniformity of the antenna surface. According to the simulation results, the temperature control circuit of the suction box and Temperature control strategy, and finally through the simulation test of the temperature effect of the suction box to verify. The experiment proves that the non-uniformity of the heat flow on the antenna surface can be controlled within 5% by reasonably controlling the temperature of the absorbing box.
