目的研究经皮穿刺主动脉弓法灌注尸体,为尸体防腐灌注提供一种新途径。方法对30具经10%福尔马林防腐固定成尸标本,用穿刺针从胸骨柄上缘点,经皮胸骨后方穿刺到主动脉管弓腔内,测量进针角度和进针深度。结果主动脉弓上下径为(29.5±2.9)mm,前后径(24.0±3.1)mm,主动脉弓长(68.0±12.6)mm。主动脉弓的体表位置:下界平胸骨角中点,上界相当于胸骨柄中部,胸骨柄上缘点向下(26.0±2.0)mm,右侧界约平右第二肋软骨上缘的胸骨柄右缘,左界第二肋软骨上缘,距胸骨柄左缘(15.7±6.8)mm。进针点位于胸骨柄上缘中点,进针角度以胸骨柄中点垂直线为准,穿刺针向后下(39.0±35),至主动脉弓管腔内进针深度为(56.9±6.3)mm。结论经皮穿刺为从胸骨柄上缘中点进针,针尖穿入主动脉弓管腔内,注入尸体防腐固定液固定尸体。
Objective To study the percutaneous puncture aorta arch perfusion of the body for the preservation of the body to provide a new way for preservative. Methods Seventy specimens were fixed with 10% formalin anticorrosive. The puncture needle was used to puncture the arch of the aortic arch from the upper edge of the sternum and the rear of the percutaneous sternum to measure the angle of the needle and the depth of the needle. Results The diameter of aortic arch was (29.5 ± 2.9) mm, anteroposterior diameter (24.0 ± 3.1) mm and aortic arch length (68.0 ± 12.6) mm. The aortic arch surface position: the lower bound of the midpoint of the sternum angle, the upper bound of the middle of the sternum, the upper edge of the sternum down (26.0 ± 2.0) mm, the right border about the second costal cartilage on the edge of the sternum Right margin, left margin of the second costal cartilage margin, left margin of the sternum (15.7 ± 6.8) mm. The needle point was located at the midpoint of the upper edge of the sternum and the angle of the needle to the vertical line of the midline of the sternum was defined. The needle was moved backwards and downwards (39.0 ± 35) to the depth of the needle into the lumen of the aortic arch (56.9 ± 6.3) mm . Conclusion Percutaneous puncture is from the midpoint of the upper edge of the sternum, the tip of the needle penetrates into the aortic arch, and the corpse is infused with anticorrosive fixative fluid to fix the body.
