2002年12月28日,通化市“万民评警”活动结果揭晓。全市1155家不同层次机关部门、居民委员会、企事业单位对市公安局、市中级人民法院、市人民检察院、市司法局的干警进行了评议。统计数字显示,群众对市公安局的评价有七个100%。即:对工交分局打击扒窃、拎包工作力度的满意率100%;对该局干警工作服务态度满意率100%;对巡警支队110出警大队民警接处警工作满意率100%;对东昌公安分局办证大厅民警的办事效率满意率100%;对民警热情的服务态度满意率100%;对市公安局指挥中心接警电话反馈抽查满意率100%。这在目前全社会对公安系统评价颇有微词的情况下确实是一个奇迹。奇迹的出现不是偶然的,它原于通化市公安局近年来公开评警活动的开展。
