睾丸扭转是泌尿外科比较少见的急症,常因误诊而延误治疗,以致睾丸坏死。近6年来我院收治4例,其中3例曾外院误诊,1例我院误诊,报告如下: 例1,13岁。右腹股沟出现肿块并疼痛渐加剧6天,诊断右腹股沟斜疝嵌顿收住普外科。急诊手术见右睾丸于皮下环稍外上方在鞘内顺时针扭转360°,复位30分钟后,睾丸仍呈暗紫色,故予切除。病理报告:右睾丸、附睾出血性梗死。 Testicular torsion is a relatively rare urology emergency, often delayed treatment due to misdiagnosis, resulting in testicular necrosis.
