噪音对机体的危害,报告甚多,本文旨在调查噪音刺激作用下植物神经系统对心率的调节作用的改变。一、调查对象:实验组:选择常年接触噪音在80dB(A)以上的工厂作业工人336名。对照组:选择常年在安静环境下工作,噪声在<50dB(A)的工作人员102名。二、选择调查对象的标准:无先天性耳聋、耳病以及先天性心脏病的一般健康人群,年龄20~50岁。三、调查指标:平卧位心率;平卧位的呼气与吸气时的心率差值测定;卧位与迅速坐立时心率改变的差值测定。四、调查使用的心电图机:ECG—6511(日本产)
