The prevalence of hypertension in different ethnic groups is very different from that in other ethnic groups, and the blood pressure varies with the early, late, and late stages of age. The formation of such national differences may be related to different genetic factors and eating habits (salt, fat, vitamin C and other intake differences). According to the findings of the survey, the author believes that the occurrence of hypertension is affected by many factors, and the combination of genetic factors and dietary imbalances play an important role in the occurrence and development of hypertension and the formation of ethnic differences .
