对高危妊娠进行监护已引起国内外医务人员的高度重视,催产素应激试验(OCT)是较常用的监护方法之一,但目前不少医院仍未有电子胎儿监护仪,因而限制了本试验的推广。1979年6月起,我们利用多普勒胎心诊断仪进行OCT共60例(76次),其中初产妇49例,经产妇11例,现总结于下。一、方法(一) 监听仪器:多普勒DTY-1胎音仪(杭州云和无线电厂生产)。(二) 药液:催产素2.5u,加入10%葡萄糖500ml,静滴。(三) 检查方法:孕妇采半侧卧位,用胎心仪连续听10分钟,测出胎心基数。静滴药液,每分钟5～10滴,渐次增加,至检查者手感在10分钟内出现3次,每次持续40～60秒的宫缩,连续地每5秒钟数胎心次数(10次/5秒=120次/分,11次/5秒=132次/分,余类推),助手详加纪录宫缩时间与胎心率的关系。(四) 判断标准1.阳性:出现胎心迟发性减慢(L D),即在宫缩停止后30秒,胎心仍不回复到基数。2.阴性:胎心不改变或出现早发性胎心减慢(E D),即只在宫缩高峰时胎心减慢1次/5秒～2次/5秒,宫缩停止后15秒内胎心便回
