建立森林生态补偿制度对于保护生物多样性，维持生态系统的正常运转具有重要意义。本文以《森林法》入手，介绍了瑞典生态补偿制度的主要内容，总结出瑞典生态补偿制度的特点，同时分析了我国《森林法》生态补偿中存在的问题，通过对比，提出了瑞典森林生态补偿制度对我国的借鉴意义。
