The Cenozoic, in the long geological history of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, is an extremely important stage. Numerous data have confirmed that many major geological events (such as the history of the transgression of the plateau at the end of the plateau, the dramatic uplift of the plateau, the climatic cooling and the extensive development of the glaciers and the consequent formation of the plateau) have all occurred in this stage and Many important salt deposit deposits have also been formed. Therefore, the study of the Cenozoic in this area has important economic value and theoretical significance. Most of the area discussed in this article is a geological blank area. For more than 20 years, geologists have done a great deal of work in the new area in the Lunpola Basin and the Bangor Basin in the west of the area, accumulating extremely valuable information. The author intends to propose a preliminary understanding of the order of the new-born community in the area and other issues.
