在配电管理系统中,规范统一的设备编码特别是设备的调度编码,是实现互操作和松耦合架构的基本条件。针对城市配电网特有的复杂环网结构、线路频繁切割和环网转供所造成的设备隶属不清、编码稳定性差的问题,提出了独立于资产信息、只反映拓扑结构的配电网“虚拟容器式功能位置编码”。它借鉴公共信息模型中电力系统资源的层级划分,采用“虚拟容器”的概念重新将配电网划分为4个层级,并以此层级模型为基础制定了详细规范的编码规则。最后以实际配电网架为例,通过与传统的“电源式树形结构编码”比较,论证了“虚拟容器式功能位置编码”在编码稳定性、维护量和设备隶属关系方面的优势。
In distribution management system, standardizing uniform device codes, especially device scheduling codes, is the basic condition to realize interoperability and loosely coupled architecture.
