本文通过研究不同预处理条件对根尖压片的影响、不同解离时间对根尖压片的影响、不同染色剂对根尖压片的影响进而得出选择8-羟基喹啉预处理7h为神农香菊根尖染色体观察的最佳预处理条件。解离8min对于神农香菊根尖来说是最适合的,此时根尖软化程度刚好,压片容易,细胞分散均匀,易染色。用卡宝品红对神农香菊染色体进行染色时,细胞质仅显示浅紫色,染色体则显示深紫色,二者能够明显的分,易于进行染色体数目和形态的观察。
