两两多元相关分析发现,PCR-SSCP分析异常、P53染色阳性与PCNA指数之间无论是在口腔粘膜癌前损害、口腔粘膜鳞癌原发灶或淋巴结转移灶中,均有明显的相关关系;将患者的性别、年龄共同引入进行多元判别分析,获得利用这些指标进行口腔粘膜癌前损害病理分度、口腔粘膜鳞癌病理分级、以及判定口腔粘膜鳞癌患者是否淋巴结转移的多元判别方程;初步的判别结果显示其判别准确率分别达82.5%,78%,80%,说明这些方程已具备了临床应用前景。通过这些研究同时也说明分子、细胞水平的研究不仅仅在探索疾病的发病机理方面具有重要的意义,而且在疾病分类、疾病转归预测等方面也可能有应用潜力。
Multivariate correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between PCR-SSCP analysis, P53 staining positive and PCNA index in oral mucosal precancerous lesions, primary mucosal squamous cell carcinoma or lymph node metastasis; The gender and age of the patients were introduced to carry out multiple discriminant analysis to obtain the pathological grade of oral mucosal precancerous lesions and the pathological grading of oral mucosal squamous cell carcinoma by using these indexes and to determine the multiple discriminant equation of lymph node metastasis in oral squamous cell carcinoma patients. The discriminant results show that the discriminant accuracy rates are 82.5%, 78% and 80%, respectively, indicating that these equations have the clinical application prospect. These studies also show that molecular and cellular levels are not only important in exploring the pathogenesis of diseases, but also potentially useful in the field of disease classification, prognosis of disease, and the like.
