目的:探讨九分散对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)模型大鼠关节病变的影响。方法:建立大鼠CIA模型,分为正常对照组、CIA模型组、九分散低剂量组、九分散高剂量组、地塞米松组,并给予相应处理。观察大鼠的关节炎指数和足爪肿胀度,于连续给药35 d后将大鼠四肢关节拍摄X线片,然后处死大鼠,取踝关节制作切片,行HE染色并进行病理学观察。结果:与模型对照组比较,九分散高、低剂量组和地塞米松组大鼠关节炎症指数、病理评分及关节X线评分均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:九分散能明显缓解CIA大鼠症状,控制炎症,减轻关节的病理改变及骨质破坏。
Objective: To investigate the effects of nine dispersions on joint pathology in rats with collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). Methods: The rat CIA model was established and divided into normal control group, CIA model group, nine disperse low dose group, nine disperse high dose group and dexamethasone group, and given corresponding treatment. The arthritis index and paw edema degree of rats were observed. After the rats were given 35 days of continuous administration, the joints of the rats’ limbs were taken for radiography. Then the rats were sacrificed and their ankles were sectioned for HE staining and pathological observation. Results: Compared with the model control group, the index of joint inflammation, pathological score and joint X-ray score of rats in high, low dose and low dose dexamethasone groups were significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Nine disperse can obviously relieve the symptoms of CIA rats, control the inflammation, reduce the pathological changes of joint and bone destruction.
