阐述“企业+协会+农户”型农产品供应链的耦合机制,分析运作困境:组织运作不规范、供应链内存在投机行为、龙头企业主导作用有限、土地流转受到限制等问题,提出完善利益共享风险共担机制、建立健全监督约束机制、培育合作组织服务体系建设的对策和建议。
This paper elaborates the coupling mechanism of “enterprise + association + peasant household” type agro-food supply chain, analyzes operational dilemma: problems such as non-standard operation of organization, speculation in supply chain, limited leading role of leading enterprises and limited land circulation, Share risk sharing mechanism, establish and improve the mechanism of supervision and restraint, and foster the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of service system in cooperative organizations.
