语文教学作为职业院校学生的基础教学课程,对于学生的素质教育的培养有重要作用,同时对于现在职业院校培养新型高素质技术人才提供保障。职业院校作为我国技术人才培养的发源地,并没有充分地发挥它的实质作用,故而职业院校需要转变传统的教学模式,改革和创新教学理念,并且还需要不断的提高师资力量的教学水平,不断加强学校语文教学实效性,提高职业院校的综合素质水平,促进职业院校健康高速发展。
