大西南在西部大开发热潮中将成为全国铁路建设的主战场。今年和“十五”期间,我国将陆续开工新建渝(重庆)怀(化)、贵(阳)珠(海)、泛亚等铁路,同时规划建设纵贯西南西北的大通道,进行成(都)阳(平关)、贵(阳)昆(明)等铁路复线改造。 铁道部经济规划研究院副院长刘宝润日前在“中国贵阳·西部大开发高层研讨会”上指出,西部大开发,铁路建设是先锋。随着国家对西南铁路建设投资的进一步加大,大西南将成为全国铁路建设的主战场。
The Great Southwest will become the main battlefield for national railway construction during the upsurge of western development. During this year and during the “Tenth Five-year Plan” period, China will successively start to build railways such as Huaihua, Guiyang and Zhuhai, and Pan-Asia Railway in Chongqing, Are) Yang (level off), expensive (Yang) Queensland (Ming) and other railway double-track transformation. Liu Baorun, vice president of the Ministry of Railways Planning and Planning Institute, pointed out at the “China’s Guiyang and West Development High-level Seminar” that the railway construction is the vanguard in the great development of the western region. With the further investment made by the country in the construction of Southwest Railway, the Greater Southwest will become the main battlefield for the national railway construction.
